Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with paw&bond!
As all of our products are custom-made and personalized, they cannot be resold once produced. Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection, etc.).
Exception: Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged due to transit, or if there is a quality issue with your item (e.g., printing errors, manufacturing defects), we are happy to offer a replacement or full refund.
To be eligible, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order with the following:
- Photos or videos of the damaged/defective item and packaging
- Your order number
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at your preference.
