Since all of our products are custom-made, please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order is shipped. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Other countries: 10–25 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable international carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

4. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. paw&bond is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of the expected delivery date at pawandbond@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. paw&bond is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
